Survey and plan

Hazmat survey complete. Demolition plan signed by structural engineer. Services confirmed isolated and removed in writing.

Establish controls

Exclusion zone, dust suppression, scaffold / protection for adjacent property. Brief neighbours.

Sequence demolition

Work top-down or in the structural sequence the engineer specified. Daily structural check before continuing.

Manage waste streams

Segregate hazardous (asbestos, lead) from general. Confirm disposal manifests.

Close out

Site cleared, final hazmat clearance, no residual instability. Sign close-out.
